Bonjuk Korean, Sri Hartamas

Dinner, 2nd May 2007
Another new eatery! Found this place at Sri Hartamas, not too far from Finnegans. And boy did it not dissapoint!

Update 23 March 2010! Alas ... Bonjuk has now closed, it shall be missed

The Pancake/omellette was healthy, and a good way to start off the meal ... though I think it was meant to be taken as a main course!

The Porridge certainly did not dissapoint. Initially slightly blend, then I realised (Thanks, Andrew!) that I had to mix in all the condiments and 'accessories'. Then, it blows you away!

The Bibimbap was sublime!

The loo was mighty interesting...

Ask for Andrew, he's the Main Man of this eatery, and he'll show you how to eat your porridge (Gotta mix in all the good stuff, ask for as much as you want ... meats, sauces etc). And, ask him about "Why the thin, impossibly difficult to use, silver Chopsticks?".

Ps. What an interesting niche market ...
Healthy + Korean + Porridge ! Now that is what I call a Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
