Q Martini (Blue curacao based drink), Tamarind Martini (Vodka with Lemongrass!), Chateau Pey La Tour, 2003 ... Tamarind Platter, Scallop Strawberry Salad, Mussels and Seafood Soup, and Pan-fried Bananas with Vanilla Icecream topped with Grand Marinier.
